Welcome to FontsGen ("we," "us," "our," or the "Platform"), accessible at https://fontsgen.co.uk. These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") represent a legally binding agreement entered into between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("User," "you"), and the administrators and operators of FontsGen, concerning your access to and utilization of our website, typographical conversion engines, decorative symbols, software scripts, and associated digital services.

By accessing, browsing, interacting with, or generating stylized fonts through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING OR ACCESSING THE PLATFORM AND YOU MUST CEASE USAGE IMMEDIATELY.

1. Description and Nature of Services

FontsGen operates as a free, publicly accessible typographical utility designed to transform standard Latin alphanumeric text strings into unique, stylized visual variants utilizing characters, symbols, and glyphs established within the global Unicode Standard. These transformed strings can be seamlessly copied to the system clipboard and pasted across popular third-party software environments, including social media bios, video game profiles, messaging platforms, digital documents, and community forums.

The services provided by FontsGen are offered strictly on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis for personal, creative, and commercial formatting endeavors, subject to the restrictions and covenants detailed in this Agreement.

2. Intellectual Property Rights and Proprietary Content

Unless explicitly indicated otherwise, the Platform in its entirety—including, but not limited to, the underlying source code, PHP scripts, JavaScript algorithms, CSS styles, database architecture, user interface designs, visual aesthetics, graphical layouts, interactive components, documentation, and the compilation of website content (collectively, the "Proprietary Content")—is the exclusive intellectual property of FontsGen and is protected by international copyright, trademark, trade dress, and intellectual property statutes.

Unicode Characters: The individual Unicode characters, mathematical alphanumeric symbols, diacritics, and emoji glyphs generated by our algorithms are public international computing standards maintained by the Unicode Consortium and are not owned by FontsGen. You are permitted to freely copy, publish, share, and utilize the generated Unicode output text strings in your personal bios, social profiles, creative works, and commercial publications without payment of royalties or attribution to FontsGen.

3. Permitted License and Use Restrictions

Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms, FontsGen grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited personal license to access and utilize the Platform solely for lawful, creative typography generation. Under this license, you agree that you shall not:

  1. Systematically retrieve data, scripts, or content from the Platform to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without prior written authorization from FontsGen.
  2. Employ any automated bots, spiders, scrapers, data-mining scripts, or automated extraction tools to query or overwhelm our web infrastructure.
  3. Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decipher, or otherwise attempt to derive the private source code of the Platform's server-side architecture.
  4. Circumvent, disable, or tamper with security-related features of the Platform or features that prevent or restrict the utilization or copying of any content.
  5. Engage in any unauthorized framing of or linking to the Platform without prior written consent.
  6. Utilize the Platform to design, generate, or propagate text strings intended for harassment, defamation, hate speech, cyberbullying, malicious impersonation, or deceptive phishing campaigns.
  7. Introduce software viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious digital material that compromises our servers or visitors' computing equipment.

4. User Conduct, Ethical Responsibility, and Content Standards

You assume sole and absolute responsibility for the content, text, words, and messages that you input into FontsGen and subsequently distribute across external digital ecosystems. You expressly warrant and represent that your utilization of our typography tools will not:

  • Violate any applicable local, municipal, national, or international statute, law, treaty, or administrative regulation.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property, copyright, patent, trademark, or trade secret rights of any third-party individual or corporate entity.
  • Generate deceptive typographical variations designed to counterfeit protected trademarks, impersonate public figures, or mimic institutional security accounts for illicit gains.
  • Violate the Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, or Acceptable Use Policies of third-party platforms where you paste the converted text (including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Discord, X/Twitter, YouTube, and Steam).

5. Third-Party Platform Rendering and Compatibility Disclaimer

The visual presentation and legibility of Unicode fonts generated by FontsGen are entirely dependent upon the operating system, installed system fonts, and software rendering engines utilized by external third-party applications and destination devices. FontsGen does not warrant, promise, or guarantee that every stylized font style will display identically across all devices.

Certain legacy operating systems, outdated web browsers, or specialized mobile devices may lack font glyph definitions for specific mathematical symbols or combining diacritics, which may result in characters rendering as blank boxes, question marks, or replacement glyphs (commonly known as "tofu" or ). FontsGen shall bear no responsibility or liability for rendering variations, legibility issues, or display failures on third-party hardware or software.

6. Third-Party Advertisements, External Links, and Affiliates

The Platform may incorporate promotional banners, contextual advertising units (including Google AdSense), sponsored links, and references directing users to external websites, third-party software, or electronic commerce destinations. Such third-party links are provided solely as a matter of user convenience and site monetization.

FontsGen does not investigate, monitor, verify, endorse, or accept responsibility for the accuracy, legality, security, privacy practices, or content of any third-party web properties accessible via our advertising slots. Your interactions, commercial transactions, or correspondence with any third-party advertisers discovered on or through FontsGen are solely between you and such third party. We disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from your engagement with third-party advertisements or external links.

7. Modifications, Interruptions, and Service Termination

We reserve the unilateral right to revise, update, amend, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of FontsGen, including specific font styles, features, user interfaces, or tool functionalities, at any time without prior notice or liability. We cannot guarantee that the Platform will remain uninterrupted, continuously available, error-free, or compatible with future browser standards.

You acknowledge that technical maintenance, server migrations, network provider outages, or security emergencies may occasion intermittent downtime. You agree that FontsGen shall have no liability whatsoever for any loss, inconvenience, or damage occasioned by your inability to access or utilize the Platform during any period of interruption or discontinuance.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE PLATFORM, ITS TYPOGRAPHICAL CONVERSION ENGINES, SOURCE SCRIPTS, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

FontsGen EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, CURRENTNESS, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT, TEXT TRANSLATIONS, OR TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION FEATURED ON THE PLATFORM.

9. Comprehensive Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL FontsGen, ITS FOUNDERS, OPERATORS, DIRECTORS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUES, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN TYPES OF DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY, AND YOU MAY POSSESS ADDITIONAL STATUTORY RIGHTS.

10. User Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FontsGen, its affiliates, operators, contractors, and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal and attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Platform; (b) your violation of any provision of these Terms of Service; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; or (d) any harmful or abusive conduct committed by you through generated text strings.

11. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law, and Severability

These Terms of Service and your utilization of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the operating jurisdiction of FontsGen, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action, litigation, or proceeding arising under or concerning these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located within the jurisdiction of our principal operation.

If any provision or portion of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that specific provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining covenants and shall not impair the validity, enforceability, or binding effect of any remaining provisions.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and any published administrative guidelines, constitute the entire, integrated legal agreement and understanding between you and FontsGen concerning the subject matter hereof, superseding all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or proposals, whether oral or electronic.
